1. When does my donation get to the charity of my choice? Your donation will be processed through the merchant immediately after you enter your account information to make your purchase and will be given to the charity of your choice on a monthly basis.

3. What are the advantages of donating with PhilanthroPAY®. Most of us have the best intentions of doing something for charity but often hesitate because we don't have the time, knowledge, or even money to give to a specific cause. PhilanthroPAY® bridges the gap between having the desire to help and actually making a difference. By shopping with the PhilanthroPAY® card, you can donate while buying and don’t have to spend any extra money!

4. How much of my purchase goes to my charity? 1/2% of every signature transaction will be given to your charity.

5. How can I transfer money to my PhilanthroPAY® card? You may transfer money from your bank account to the PhilanthroPAY® account. Then you can use the funds on your card to donate to your charity while you shop.

6. How can I transfer money to my PhilanthroPAY® card? You may transfer money from your bank account to the PhilanthroPAY® account by completing our application. Then you can use the money on your card to shop and donate.

7. How can I make a difference? Every time you use your PhilanthroPAY® card on a signature transaction, you will be giving to the charity of your choice. It is easy and convenient.

8. When will the donations be processed and given to my charity? On a monthly basis, 1/2% of your purchases made will be transfered to the charity’s bank account. When registering for our program, your charity will be asked to give us the bank account, ABA, and all necessary bank information to process this particular payment every month. In addition, your charity will receive a detailed report of all the donations made during that time period.
